Induction DVDs in English and Pidgin
Two induction DVDs were completed in 2008 for Morobe Mining, a joint venture between two major gold companies – Harmony Mining and Newcrest Mining in Papua New Guinea. One DVD was for the workforce sourced from Papua New Guinea and one for international employees going to PNG for the first time. The Induction DVD for local staff was produced in Pidgin (the local language) and used animation to depict how the mine will eventually operate.

In 2008 as Grange Resources underwent a major merger it kept its shareholders informed via video on its website. The web videos explained what the merger meant for the company and offered a snapshot view of the multi-million dollar merger to shareholders and interested parties.
