These short videos demonstrate the unique aspects of Essa’s products and have been successful in helping the company penetrate new international markets. Lasso produces Essa’s videos in a number of languages including Mandarin, Russian and Portuguese.

Constructing Argyle’s Underground Mine’ was produced to enhance the understanding of how Argyle’s underground mine was being built and the challenges the company faced in what was Australia’s biggest underground mine construction project. Lasso filmed in challenging conditions underground to bring the project to fruition in the required timeframe.

In January 2009 Lasso undertook its eighth episode of ‘Brilliance TV’ (formerly ‘Diamond Scoop TV’) for Argyle Diamonds. This long-format current affairs style program delivers a range of stories about Argyle and the East Kimberley community.

Lasso found a new way to provoke thought in a forum held by Rio Tinto Iron Ore. A fictional news segment was created and produced by Lasso to provoke discussion and new ways of thinking within the organisation. We don’t think Powerpoint’s days are numbered just yet, but it was a good start.
